Dr. Jason Emmick

Dr. Jason Emmick earned his Bachelor of Science in Genetics from the University of California, Davis, before receiving his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, where he graduated as President of his class. He completed his combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics residency at the University of Rochester and remained for an additional year as Chief of Pediatrics.

For more than 23 years, Dr. Emmick has cared for patients and families throughout New Hampshire. As a physician board certified in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, he has the unique privilege of caring for patients of all ages, often treating multiple generations within the same family. Throughout his career, he has also held numerous leadership roles at Elliot Hospital, helping develop pediatric programs and expand access to specialized care for children across Southern New Hampshire.

Dr. Emmick is passionate about building meaningful relationships with his patients through listening, education, and partnership. He believes exceptional primary care requires time, trust, and personalized attention—values that align with the mission of Delphi Enhanced Primary Care. Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children while continuing to serve the community he has proudly called home for more than two decades.
