About Delphi Enhanced Primary Care

On July 22, 2024, Delphi Enhanced Primary Care opened its doors in Bedford, New Hampshire, with a simple vision: bring back the relationship between patients and their primary care doctors.

Delphi was created in response to a problem right here in the Southern New Hampshire community, continuity of care was becoming increasingly difficult to find.

Too often, patients were left navigating long wait times, rushed appointments, and an ever-changing roster of providers. The traditional model made it difficult for patients to develop a lasting relationship with one physician who truly knew them and their health history.

Delphi Enhanced Primary Care was built around a fundamental idea: healthcare works better when patients have access to a doctor who knows them, listens to them, and is there when they need care.

By intentionally creating smaller patient panels and prioritizing accessibility, and long-term relationships, Delphi gives patients the opportunity to experience primary care the way it was meant to be.

What began as a vision for the New Hampshire community has grown into a practice dedicated to changing the primary care experience. Because better healthcare starts with knowing the person behind the chart.

I thought it was one thing he mentioned he thought it was a different thing which it turned out to be and I feel like an ass for bothering him on the 4th of July. It is an eye-opener. It is more like a concierge service they stop. They listen they talk. They make you understand your situation in terms that you can process and I am truly impressed with the level of care and service.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our experience with Delphi to date only consists of a wellness exam and a short visit to address a shoulder issue.  But in both instances, it was great to be able to connect with the office without needing to go through endless telephone prompts.  And that's just for starters.  True to what we were told, I was able to get  seen for my shoulder issue the day after I called.  Thus far, I have yet to settle in to the waiting room before I was called in to the exam room.  That should be appealing to folks who are still working.  But even for us retirees, our time is valuable to us.  I highly recommend the entire Delphi team.

Friendly,  Helpful, careing people who never rush you who give you plenty of time to go through your list of questions for the Doctor. When she moved over to Delphi I was hesitant because I didn't know a lot about personalized medicine, some call it concierge medicine. The doctors are always available because they aren't assigned thousands of patients like the typical doctor's offices!  It's nice to know we won't have to wait days or weeks just to see our preferred doctor.  And they're easy to get ahold of by phone should the need arise.

Membership Fee and Benefits

What is the access fee and why do I have to pay it?

The access fee allows Delphi providers to maintain a smaller patient panel, enabling same-day or next-day appointments and extended time with each patient. This provides a more personalized and accessible care experience.

What are the benefits of this program?

Benefits include same-day/next-day appointments, more one-on-one time with your provider, and a higher level of continuity and personalized care due to the smaller patient panel size.

Can I meet the doctor before registering as a patient?

Yes. We are more than happy to schedule a 15 minute visit for you to meet your doctor of interest and see if Delphi Enhanced Primary Care is a good fit for you!

How can I pay for my membership?

Payments are accepted via debit and credit cards, including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

Can I use my HSA to pay for my access fee?

With recent changes in federal law, as of 01/01/2026, employees can use their Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for primary care memberships, giving the ability to use pre-tax dollars for increased access to high-quality, affordable primary care whenever needed!

If I am signing up more than 1 patient, do I receive a discount?

Yes, the first member registered under an account will be the full price, the second individual registered under the account will receive a 10% discount. Please see our membership page for further family discounts.

Insurance and Appointment Billing

What insurances does Delphi accept?

We accept a range of health insurance plans from most major carriers as well as Medicare. The specific plans we accept may change, so please call us if you have any questions.

How will I be charged for appointments?

Just like a traditional office, Delphi bills your insurance for in-office and scheduled remote visits, and you are responsible for copayments, deductibles, or coinsurance based on your plan.

What is Patriot Pay?

Delphi Enhanced Primary Care uses Patriot Pay through our billing partner, Orchard Medical Management. Patriot Pay provides patients with convenient and secure access to pay their medical bills directly from their mobile phone. Following your visit, you will receive a text and email with the details of your visit and secure link to make your payment.

How do I opt into paper statements only?

By responding to the text sent by Patriot Pay “STOP”, you will be opted out of text and email notifications and enrolled into paper billing only.

Are Delphi Doctors on call 24/7?

Delphi Doctors are dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized primary care that fits each patient’s needs. As part of that commitment, patients may contact them directly after regular business hours for urgent concerns that cannot safely wait until the next business day or that are especially time-sensitive or sensitive in nature. At the same time, we kindly ask patients to respect that physicians are people too, with families and responsibilities outside of the practice. Our providers prioritize healthy work-life balance so they can continue offering attentive, compassionate care to every patient.

In the event of a medical emergency, patients should call 911 immediately and proceed to the nearest emergency room rather than contacting your doctor first. Once the situation has stabilized, please follow up with your doctor so we can support your continued care.

What if I am hospitalized?

Delphi Doctors do not admit patients to the hospital, hospital admissions will be managed by the hospital’s care team. Your Primary Care Physician’s role is to advocate for you to ensure you receive the highest level of care coordination all the way through to follow-up.
