About Delphi Enhanced Primary Care

On July 22, 2024, Delphi Enhanced Primary Care opened its doors in Bedford, New Hampshire, with a simple vision: bring back the relationship between patients and their primary care doctors.

Delphi was created in response to a problem right here in the Southern New Hampshire community, continuity of care was becoming increasingly difficult to find.

Too often, patients were left navigating long wait times, rushed appointments, and an ever-changing roster of providers. The traditional model made it difficult for patients to develop a lasting relationship with one physician who truly knew them and their health history.

Delphi Enhanced Primary Care was built around a fundamental idea: healthcare works better when patients have access to a doctor who knows them, listens to them, and is there when they need care.

By intentionally creating smaller patient panels and prioritizing accessibility, and long-term relationships, Delphi gives patients the opportunity to experience primary care the way it was meant to be.

What began as a vision for the New Hampshire community has grown into a practice dedicated to changing the primary care experience. Because better healthcare starts with knowing the person behind the chart.

I thought it was one thing he mentioned he thought it was a different thing which it turned out to be and I feel like an ass for bothering him on the 4th of July. It is an eye-opener. It is more like a concierge service they stop. They listen they talk. They make you understand your situation in terms that you can process and I am truly impressed with the level of care and service.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our experience with Delphi to date only consists of a wellness exam and a short visit to address a shoulder issue.  But in both instances, it was great to be able to connect with the office without needing to go through endless telephone prompts.  And that's just for starters.  True to what we were told, I was able to get  seen for my shoulder issue the day after I called.  Thus far, I have yet to settle in to the waiting room before I was called in to the exam room.  That should be appealing to folks who are still working.  But even for us retirees, our time is valuable to us.  I highly recommend the entire Delphi team.

When she moved over to Delphi I was hesitant because I didn't know a lot about personalized medicine, some call it concierge medicine. The doctors are always available because they aren't assigned thousands of patients like the typical doctor's offices! How does concierge medicine work at Delphi Enhanced Primary Care?

What does the Delphi Enhanced Primary Care membership fee cover?

Can I meet a Delphi physician before becoming a member?

Yes. Delphi Enhanced Primary Care offers a 15-minute introductory visit so prospective patients can meet a physician and determine whether the practice is a good fit before enrolling.

What payment methods does Delphi accept for membership fees?

Delphi accepts debit and credit cards for membership payments, including American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.

Can I use my Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for a Delphi membership?

Yes. As of January 1, 2026, changes in federal law allow eligible patients to use Health Savings Account (HSA) funds to pay for qualifying primary care memberships. This allows patients to use pre-tax dollars toward enhanced access to primary care through Delphi Enhanced Primary Care.

Does Delphi offer family membership discounts?

Yes. Delphi offers a 10% discount for the second person enrolled under the same membership account. Additional family discounts may be available. Visit our membership page for details.

Insurance and Medical Billing

Do I still need health insurance if I join Delphi?

Yes. Delphi Enhanced Primary Care membership does not replace health insurance. Your membership fee covers enhanced access to your physician, while medical appointments and services are billed separately through your health insurance plan. Applicable copayments, deductibles, and coinsurance remain your responsibility.

What health insurance plans does Delphi Enhanced Primary Care accept?

Delphi Enhanced Primary Care accepts a range of health insurance plans from most major insurance carriers, including Medicare. Accepted plans may change, so please contact our Bedford, New Hampshire office at 603-255-5579 to confirm whether your specific plan is accepted.

How are medical appointments billed at Delphi Enhanced Primary Care?

Patriot Pay is a secure medical bill payment service used by Delphi Enhanced Primary Care through its billing partner, Orchard Medical Management. After your appointment, you will receive a text message and email containing your visit details and a secure payment link.

How can I receive paper billing statements instead of electronic notifications?

To receive paper billing statements from Delphi, reply STOP to a Patriot Pay text message. This will opt you out of text and email billing notifications and enroll you in paper billing.

Can I contact my Delphi physician after regular office hours?

Delphi Enhanced Primary Care members may contact their physician directly after regular office hours for urgent medical concerns that cannot safely wait until the next business day, including time-sensitive or sensitive matters.

After-hours communication is intended for urgent concerns rather than routine questions or appointment requests.

For medical emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Once your condition is stabilized, your Delphi physician can help coordinate follow-up care.

What happens if I am hospitalized while receiving care from Delphi?

If you are hospitalized, your care and admission will be managed by the hospital’s medical team. Delphi physicians do not admit patients directly to the hospital, but your primary care physician can help coordinate care, advocate for your needs, and support your transition back to outpatient care following discharge.

Who will provide care if my Delphi physician is unavailable?

When your Delphi physician is away for vacation, conferences, or other scheduled absences, arrangements are made for another Delphi physician to address urgent patient needs. This helps ensure patients have access to medical guidance when their regular physician is unavailable.
