Enhanced Primary Care

A Better Way to Treat Patients

For Personalized and Affordable Healthcare, on Your Time.

Your Health is a Gift

Most of us take better care of our cars than we do our health.

Because with a car, the financial costs are stark.

If we skip an oil change, our engine might fail, costing us thousands of dollars.

If we don’t fix our brakes, we could end up crashing and hurting ourselves or others.

But when it comes to our health, we just assume everything will work out fine, until it doesn’t.

What if we started treating our health like we do our cars? What if we saw preventive care—like regular check-ups and healthy habits—as essential maintenance for our bodies?

Delphi Enhanced Primary Care is the answer

Pick one of our benefits below, or keep reading to see how personalized medicine can profoundly impact your long-term health and quality of life.

Better access

¾ of all healthcare costs stem from preventable chronic conditions.

Visiting your Primary Care Physician and practicing preventive medicine yields better outcomes for treatable conditions such as Type II diabetes, high blood pressure, and obesity.

The average time to get in to see a family practitioner is 21 days.

At Delphi, you can see your doctor either the same day or the next day.

And Delphi’s docs are available via text, email, FaceTime, and, of course, in our office.

Get in sooner. Get better faster. Stay healthier longer.

It starts with relationships

Your primary care physicians should know who you are.

Their relationships with you will give them a longitudinal view of your life, an understanding of where you have been and where you are going.

These relationships used to be the standard for primary care, and they’ve slipped away.

Delphi brings the doctor/patient relationship back.

“Spending time with patients and truly getting to know them is the best part of this job. And when you see people who have invested in their own wellness, and that investment has paid off, there’s nothing like it.”

Jeffrey Calegari, DO FACP

After all, your health is worth more than eighteen minutes a year

The average primary care visit is just eighteen minutes, which can lead to incorrect diagnoses and poor prescribing.

And in a practice with a typical panel, a patient can wait over half an hour to see their doctor. More time in the waiting room means your blood pressure is guaranteed to be higher when you see the doctor.

Get better long-term outcomes.

Spend more time with our award-winning doctors.

Fewer patients. More time.

Given the existing panel size at most practices (1,500-2,000 patients per doctor), a primary care clinician would require 27 hours per day to provide all guideline-recommended preventive, chronic disease, and acute care to a typical patient panel.

That’s impossible, even if a doctor doesn’t sleep.

That’s why we capped our panels at less than ⅓  of the typical size, just 600 patients.

“I got into medicine because I wanted to help people get well, and stay well. The traditional office setting just didn’t work for that anymore. A practice like Delphi allows me to focus on my patients and their needs. It’s better for them-and for me.”

Jennifer Fishbein, MD

We take the stress out of a doctor visit

When you’re sick, or need a physical, you never quite know how much time to allocate for the visit – assuming you can even get in.

Our same day/next day appointments ensure that you can schedule an appointment when you need it, and you’ll know how much time you need for your appointment.

Enhanced Primary Care also means enhanced peace of mind.

Everyone needs an advocate

When severe illness strikes, it’s scary. You need someone to help guide you through the process of finding a trusted specialist who can help.

That same doctor also needs to be able to advocate for you.

When your doctor knows you and is well respected in their field, it makes the process that much easier.

Our doctors are true advocates for you.

Delphi’s network will save you money

In addition to joining forces with some of the best Primary Care doctors around, Delphi has teamed up with labs and other diagnostic facilities who are not only more affordable than those at large health systems, but also more accessible. Oftentimes, decreased costs for tests at these facilities will offset some of your membership fees. That’s not the primary reason to become a member of Delphi’s Enhanced Primary Care, but it’s certainly a benefit of joining.

Your Membership

The access fee you pay serves not only as a membership but also grants you a personalized healthcare experience with your doctor.

By having a limited panel, your doctor can devote more time and attention to your health needs and goals, ensuring increased access, quality, coordination, and affordability for your Primary Care needs.
